moving away from thought
2016-01-01More and more you will trust to let go of how you think things are. You'll find it easier and easier to let go of your perspectives as soon negative emotions accompany it. You'll eventually favor feeling good over holding on to thinking in a particular way. Because you now see that holding on to unserving believes and views is the very reason you feel bad.
Your mind can protest, because this guy is really like this and that situation is really like that. Old habits, but you know better. You can not play this game anymore. It becomes heavy and you see what you are doing to yourself. You see that it does not make sense to keep looking through old views.
It takes a letting go, letting go of listening to your dictating mind. It takes a trust, trusting that you do not need your mind to fill in a thought. It can be scary when you give up your convictions that used to bring such a strong emotional response. It can even feel as doing the wrong thing, it can feel as falling, as loosing grip on things. It means that those believes have been stagnant for too long, they have served you in the past, be thankful if you wish. But now it is time to let them go and welcome something new. Something that feels better.
