endlessness

To talk about endlessness in things. That you can see it in everything. That there is no end to things, it just keeps on going. That the atom was once the smallest thing known to man.
But even there is no end. It seems impossible to find an edge, a sort of wall, that says end of the road. Because an edge is nothing on itself, it is an imaginary division between two things.
You can not have an edge with nothingness. An edge only forms between one thing and another.
That endlessness is in all, from this point of view, seems true.
It is only our limited perception that grants us a bite size and digestible portion of this endlessness.
That it is a beautiful idea, to realize that there is always more, always and for ever more. That it shows up when your perception changes. When you invent the next generation microscope to look at the small, or when you look different at the world.
